Return and Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds.
  • Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase with an original receipt and CRIA packaging.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached to qualify for exchange.
  • Exchange requests can be sent to criaretail@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92-310-0330040 between 10am–6pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • If an item was bought during a sale or promotion, it cannot be exchanged.
  • In case of a price reduction or promotion, you may only exchange your item for another at the new discounted price.
  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange.
  • If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery or purchase, along with photos and order details.
  • Exchange or damage claims may take up to 3 weeks to process.
  • The following items are not exchangeable:
    • Accessories and hair items.
  • CRIA reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
